释义	法律分析：法律的“本源性”是指, 在社会利益关系的总体指导下，物质利益性、政治利益性和文化利益性的利益关系。即由以上人的本质直接决定下所产生的社会关系，称为“本源性社会关系”，即本源于人的本质而产生的社会关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国宪法》第一条中华人民共和国是工人阶级领导的、以工农联盟为基础的人民民主专政的社会主义国家。社会主义制度是中华人民共和国的根本制度。中国共产党领导是中国特色社会主义最本质的特征。禁止任何组织或者个人破坏社会主义制度。
