释义	法律分析：法定结婚年龄的是3天，晚婚的是15天，护士也是一样的。按法定结婚年龄(女20周岁，男22周岁)结婚的，可享受3天婚假。结婚时男女双方不在一地工作的，可视路程远近，另给予路程假。在探亲假(探父母)期间结婚的，不另给假期。符合晚婚年龄(女23周岁，男25周岁)的，可享受晚婚婚假15天(含3天法定婚假)。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》第二十五条符合法律、法规规定生育子女的夫妻，可以获得延长生育假的奖励或者其他福利待遇。
