法律分析：
技术中介合同是指当事人一方以自己所拥有的知识、技术、经验和信息，为促成另一方与第三方订立技术合同而进行联系、介绍，由另一方给付报酬而订立的合同。技术中介活动是促进技术成果商品化的技术服务活动，不同于一般代理、居间和经纪活动。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百六十一条 中介合同是中介人向委托人报告订立合同的机会或者提供订立合同的媒介服务，委托人支付报酬的合同。
