释义	法律分析：劳动法没有对如何扣实行计件工资的劳动者旷工工资作出规定，由用人单位依法制定的规章制度规定。所谓依法制定的规章制度，是指规章制度制定过程中，经过了全体职工或者职工代表大会讨论，有工会和职工代表参与确定且经过公示。旷工指无正当理由，不请假而不出勤，属于严重违纪行为。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十六条主张赔偿损失。计件工资是按合格产品量计算工资，没有出勤就没有产量，不必另扣工资，但有造成单位损失的，应当赔偿损失，并可从工资中扣除。
