挂公司买挖机有风险吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
以公司名义购买挖掘机就要以公司名义签订购买合同，用公司资金支付购机款，公司最终承担合同责任。只要手续，付款规范一般不会有太大问题。另外双方签订合同，只要是真实的意思表示，没有可撤销，可变更，无效的法律情形，合同就是有效的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
