释义	法律分析：自2018年12月1日起，由最高法院发布的针对阻碍信用卡管理的刑事案件的司法解释正式生效。最大的变化是将信用卡欺诈的立案标准从过去的10,000元提高到了50,000元。而且只看本金，不包括利息和违约金。也不能合并计算，也就是说单家银行逾期本金五万以上才达到立案标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百九十六条以下4中情况形成信用卡诈骗罪：（一）冒用他人卡；（二）伪造信用卡；（?三）恶意透支额度；（四）使用作废卡。
