改宽体可以备案吗 |

需要，如果提前去车管所报备了，就是合法改装；如果没有去车管所报备，就是违法改装。
原则就是：行驶证照片和车是一样的，就是合法。
另外需要注意的一点就是，如果改装的非常夸张，车管所可能不给变更。建议提前去当地车管所咨询一下。

合法的宽体改装都是需要采用原厂宽体套件，然后改装后需要到车管所进行登记审批更换驾驶证，并且符合安全规范才可以上路。

《机动车登记规定》
第十六条 规定：
1、小型、微型载客汽车加装前后防撞装置。
2、货运机动车加装防风罩、水箱、工具箱、备胎架等。
3、增加机动车车内装饰。
除了上述三种情况以外的改变机动车品牌、型号、发动机型号，改变已登记机动车外形和有关技术数据的都属于非法改装。违法改装车辆上路行驶属于违法，更无法通过年检。年检验车时，车辆管理机关一旦发现车辆被违规改装，除要求车主立即改回原样外，还会给予罚款、扣证等处罚。
《机动车登记规定》
第十条已注册登记的机动车有下列情形之一的，机动车所有人应当向登记地车辆管理所申请变更登记：
（一）改变车身颜色的；
（二）更换发动机的；
（三）更换车身或者车架的；
（四）因质量问题更换整车的；
（五）营运机动车改为非营运机动车或者非营运机动车改为营运机动车等使用性质改变的；
（六）机动车所有人
