释义	法律分析：劳动法中关于急辞的规定是劳动者身体不适不能胜任此工作时可以提前办理离职。劳动者想辞职走人，只需要主动与单位协商一致即可，如果单位不同意劳动者辞职，劳动者坚持要辞职，则必须提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位，通知完经过30天劳动者就可以自然与用人单位解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
