释义	法律分析：副厅级单位。中级人民法院院长、党组书记为副厅级，常务副院长、党组副书记为正处级，副院长、审判委员会委员为副处级（但偶尔也高配为正处级），内设机构正职为正科级（如果由审判委员会委员等兼任为副处级），副职为副科级，一般不设置二级内设机构。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人民法院组织法》第十二条人民法院分为：（一）最高人民法院；（二）地方各级人民法院；（三）专门人民法院。
