一、什么是逆回购
逆回购为资金融出方将资金融给资金融入方，收取有价证券作为抵押，并在未来收回本息，并解除有价证券抵押的交易行为。
央行逆回购为中国人民银行向一级交易商购买有价证券，并约定在未来特定日期将有价证券卖给一级交易商的交易行为，逆回购为央行向市场上投放流动性的操作，正回购则为央行从市场收回流动性的操作。[1]
简单解释就是主动借出资金，获取债券质押的交易就称为逆回购交易，此时央行扮演投资者，是接受债券质押、借出资金的融出方。
二、逆回购需要注意的事项
1、交易所不同，收益计算方法是不同的。价格即为收益率，如
30，就是年化收益率是30%，注意这是年化，一天的收益率上海要除以
360，深圳除365。
2、国债逆回购门槛。目前市场上可供交易的国债逆回购品种主要有两种：一是上海国债逆回购；二是深圳国债逆回购。其中上海交易所的起买金额是10万元，增加的话也是增加10万元的整数倍；深圳交易所起买金额是1000元，增加也是增加1000元的整数倍。
3、国债逆回购的手续费。逆回购手续费一般为十万分之一，即为每10万元1天收费1元，按天计息，30元封顶。
