释义	不是。基本工资，即劳动者所得工资额的基本组成部分。它由用人单位按照规定的工资标准支付，较之工资额的其他组成部分具有相对稳定性。而底薪是劳动法规定的当地最低保障工资基数。《劳动法》第四十八条，国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
