预告登记什么意思
释义
预告登记的意思是：当事人所期待的不动产物权变动所需要的条件缺失或尚未成就时，即权利取得人只能对未来的物权享有请求权时，为了限制债务人处分该不动产，保障债权人将来取得物权而由请求权人向登记机关申请而进行的预先登记。

《民法典》第二百二十一条
当事人签订买卖房屋的协议或者签订其他不动产物权的协议，为保障将来实现物权，按照约定可以向登记机构申请预告登记。预告登记后，未经预告登记的权利人同意，处分该不动产的，不发生物权效力。
