释义	法律分析：土地承包合同超过30年无效，一般租赁合同的最长时效是20年，超过20年的部分无效，20年期间内的合同仍有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》、第二十一条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的耕地承包期届满后再延长三十年，草地、林地承包期届满后依照前款规定相应延长。第二十三条承包合同自成立之日起生效。承包方自承包合同生效时取得土地承包经营权。
