释义	结构性失业，主要是由于经济结构（包括产业结构、产品结构、地区结构等）发生了变化，现有劳动力的知识、技能、观念、区域分布等不适应这种变化，与市场需求不匹配而引的失业。比如在一些部门就业不足，而在另一些部门很多人失业，就是企业找不到需要的人才，而有的人找不到工作，由于结构性的原因使得就业需求和就业供给不能匹配。失业的类型主要有：1、摩擦性失业；2、结构性失业；3、周期性失业；4、就业不足导致的失业；5、隐性失业；6、提前退休。依据的标准不同其失业的类型也就有所不同。
