释义	法律分析: 在我国做证人一般不会留下案底。凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。人民法院、人民检察院和公安机关应当保障证人及其近亲属的安全。但在刑事诉讼中，证人故意作虚假证明，意图陷害他人或者隐匿罪证的，涉嫌伪证罪，依法追究其刑事责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十二条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
