释义	员工再婚，可以享受带薪婚假。再婚的劳动者，只要他们之间结成的是合法婚姻，同样受到国家法律的保护，其与初婚劳动者的法律地位并无不同。再婚者与初婚者的法律地位相同，用人单位对再婚职工应当参照国家有关规定，给予同初婚职工一样的婚假待遇。因此，员工再婚，也可享受带薪婚假。法律依据《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》第二十五条符合法律、法规规定生育子女的夫妻，可以获得延长生育假的奖励或者其他福利待遇。
