释义	破产重组对债务人的债权人而言，若债务人重组成功，将有效避免一旦其进入破产清算所导致的债权清偿比例过低这一现象的产生，一定程度上避免了最差局面的发生，有机会挽回损失。【法律依据】《企业破产法》第九十二条，经人民法院裁定批准的重整计划，对债务人和全体债权人均有约束力。债权人未依照本法规定申报债权的，在重整计划执行期间不得行使权利;在重整计划执行完毕后，可以按照重整计划规定的同类债权的清偿条件行使权利。债权人对债务人的保证人和其他连带债务人所享有的权利，不受重整计划的影响。
