释义	法律分析：不算住上一段时间才算旅居史。乘坐汽车、火车经过中高风险地区内相关车站等且有上下客的，机场所在地为中高风险地区，且飞机在该机场起降过，均认为是“途经”。疫情期间不能隐瞒旅居史、接触史。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百三十条违反传染病防治法的规定，有下列情形之一，引起甲类传染病以及依法确定采取甲类传染病预防、控制措施的传染病传播或者有传播严重危险的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；后果特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑：
