释义	法律分析：硬座不可以去卧铺找人。硬卧车里采取的是一人一票的制度，座位车内的旅客没有硬卧车的车票的情况下，是不能随便的进入硬卧车睡觉。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输规程》第三十二条除特殊情况并经列车长同意的外，持低票价席别车票的旅客不能在高票价席别的车厢停留。硬座票相对于卧铺票就属于低票价席别的车票。因此不能手持硬座车票（低票价席别车票）前往卧铺车厢。要想在卧铺车厢停留，就必须有卧铺票。
