释义	格式条款为合同条款，因此格式条款的解释，也应为合同解释的一项内容，自然也应适用合同解释的一般规则。但格式条款与一般合同条款不同之处在于它并非是由当事人双方相互协商拟定的，而往往是由格式条款提供方一方事先拟定的，因此，对格式条款的解释也必须遵循特别的规则。法律依据：《民法典》第四百九十八条，对格式条款的理解发生争议的，应当按照通常理解予以解释。对格式条款有两种以上解释的，应当作出不利于提供格式条款一方的解释。格式条款和非格式条款不一致的，应当采用非格式条款。
