释义	法律分析：合法，公司之间可以相互拆借资金。法人之间、其他组织之间以及它们相互之间为生产、经营需要订立的民间借贷合同，当事人主张民间借贷合同有效的，人民法院应予支持。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第十一条法人或者非法人组织在本单位内部通过借款形式向职工筹集资金，用于本单位生产、经营，且不存在民法典第一百四十四条、第一百四十六条、第一百五十三条、第一百五十四条以及本规定第十三条规定的情形，当事人主张民间借贷合同有效的，人民法院应予支持。
