释义	法律分析：企业将自己闲置的资本以约定价格将其转让给另一企业的资金拆借行为是无效的。因为我国法律明确规定了企业之间的借贷合同没有法律效力，并且只有金融机构可以从事借贷这种金融业务，因此其他类型的企业是不能进行借贷服务的，此外房地产企业之间以及企业与自然人之间的借贷行为是有效的。法律依据：《贷款通则》第二十一条贷款人必须经中国人民银行批准经营贷款业务，持有中国人民银行颁发的《金融机构法人许可证》或《金融机构营业许可证》，并经工商行政管理部门核准登记。
