释义	法律分析: 无效合同就是从合同订立时起，就不具有法律约束力或者说不受法律保护的合同。根据有关法律法规的规定，有下列情况之一的，应确定为无效合同：（一）一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立合同，损害国家利益；（二）恶意串通，损害国家、集体或者第三人利益；（三）损害社会公共利益；（四）违背公序良俗；（五）违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。
