释义	商品没有条形码是可以出售的。商品没有条形码是不算违法的，因为条形码只是国家倡导的一种方式，便于记录商品信息。很多商品确实不存在条形码。但是进入稍有点规模的超市或商场都是需要商品条码的，称重的产品和不在超市、商场出售的产品可以没有条形码。法律依据：《商品条码管理办法》第三十五条未经核准注册使用厂商识别代码和相应商品条码的，在商品包装上使用其他条码冒充商品条码或伪造商品条码的，或者使用已经注销的厂商识别代码和相应商品条码的，责令其改正，处以30000元以下罚款。
