释义	双方需亲自到户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理复婚登记。办理复婚登记时，当事人首先需要准备好户口证明、居民身份证、所在单位和村(居)委会或部队团以上政治机关出具的婚姻状况证明、还需提供离婚证或者法院的判决书、调解书；然后双方需亲自到户口所在地的婚姻登记机关申请复婚登记；婚姻登记机关对当事人提供的证明材料及申请审查通过后，依照结婚登记程序办理同时收回离婚证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。
