故意踩踏国旗应该怎么处理
释义
侮辱国旗罪，国旗、国徽、国歌是国家的象征和标志，代表着国家的主权和尊严，每个公民和组织都应当尊重和爱护。国旗庄严，不容侮辱，侮辱国旗将受到法律的惩处。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百九十九条 在公共场合，故意以焚烧、毁损、涂划、玷污、践踏等方式侮辱中华人民共和国国旗、国徽的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
《中华人民共和国国旗法》 第三条 中华人民共和国国旗是中华人民共和国的象征和标志。
