在公交车上摔伤怎么理赔
释义
乘客在公交车上摔伤的，如果是由于司机没有尽安全保障义务造成的，由公交车公司承担责任，如果是乘客自己原因造成的，由自己承担责任。
法律依据：《民法典》第八百二十三条 旅客伤亡的损害赔偿责任 承运人应当对运输过程中旅客的伤亡承担损害赔偿责任，但伤亡是旅客自身健康原因造成的或者承运人证明伤亡是旅客故意、重大过失造成的除外。
前款规定适用于按照规定免票、持优待票或者经承运人许可搭乘的无票旅客。
