释义	法律分析：在驿站找不到快递，责任一般是快递公司来承担。如果当事人是收件人，只要联系卖家，让卖家与快递公司进行沟通，并让卖家重新发货即可。但如果当事人是发件人，就分为两种情况。一种是发件人没有买保价，那么一般的赔偿是运费的三倍；如果买了保价，可以根据物品的市场价格进行赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国邮政法》第四十七条保价的给据邮件丢失或者全部损毁的，按照保价额赔偿部分损毁或者内件短少的，按照保价额与邮件全部价值的比例对邮件的实际损失予以赔偿。
