集体劳动合同如何终止

法律分析：
关于集体合同的终止，是指双方当事人约定的集体合同期满或者集体合同终止条件出现，以及集体合同一方当事人不存在，无法继续履行劳动合同时，立即终止劳动合同的法律效力。
法律依据：
《集体合同规定》第三十八条 集体合同或专项集体合同期限一般为1～3年，期满或双方约定的终止条件出现，即行终止。集体合同或专项集体合同期满前3个月内，任何一方均可向对方提出重新签订或续订的要求。
