释义	法律分析: 房屋隔成多间出租不合法，住宅中作为餐厅、厨房、卫浴间、储物间、地下室等非居住空间是不可以出租，更不能隔断后出租，而将客厅隔为两个空间及以上也是不允许租赁的，房主或转租人，自行对原设计的基本房间隔断间进行出租的行为，属于非法行为，出租人将受到行政处罚。《商品房屋租赁管理办法》第六条有下列情形之一的房屋不得出租：属于违法建筑的；不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制性标准的；违反规定改变房屋使用性质的；法律、法规规定禁止出租的其他情形。
