释义	可以晚交，但不建议晚交。根据契税条例，签合同后30天内要交契税。契税不交就不能办房产证，不能办房产证该住房就会有很多限制，比如不能上户口，不能出售。而且今后再次出售时是以产证日期来计算是否购买满五年，是否满五年税负相差很大。所以建议还是尽早缴纳契税办理产证。
