释义	打手算体罚学生。体罚是指对少年儿童的一种错误的教育手段，我国法律明确规定了教师体罚学生，经教育不改的，所在学校、其他教育机构或者教育行政部门应当给予行政处分或者解聘。《教师法》第三十七条教师有下列情形之一的，由所在学校、其他教育机构或者教育行政部门给予行政处分或者解聘：（一）故意不完成教育教学任务给教育教学工作造成损失的；（二）体罚学生，经教育不改的；（三）品行不良、侮辱学生，影响恶劣的。教师有前款第（二）项、第（三）项所列情形之一，情节严重，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
