释义	法律分析：新取得驾照，在实习期的驾驶证可以扣分。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十五条道路交通安全违法行为累积记分周期(即记分周期)为12个月，满分为12分，从机动车驾驶证初次领取之日起计算。第六十九条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，所处罚款已经缴纳的，记分予以清除；记分虽未达到12分，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。
