释义	法律分析：劳动法没有规定停职和停薪，用人单位也不能得对员工进行停职停薪，如果没有订单，停工期间应按国家规定支付工资的。用人单位没有安排劳动者工作的，应当按照不低于当地最低工资标准的百分之八十支付劳动者生活费，生活费发放至企业复工、复产或者解除劳动关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
