发明专利发明人的顺序重要嘛

专利发明人顺序不重要，专利设计人名字先后排序无区别，专利设计人名字排序法律并没有明文规定，署名只是作为一种荣誉，专利发明人属于共同发明人，在专利法里面没有先后顺序。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国专利法》 第三条 国务院专利行政部门负责管理全国的专利工作;统一受理和审查专利申请，依法授予专利权。省、自治区、直辖市人民政府管理专利工作的部门负责本行政区域内的专利管理工作。
