代理要求退代理费怎么解决？

 律师在整个代理过程中，没有积极的履行律师义务,这可以到当地司法局投诉.你可以向律师要求退回部分代理费用,可以和律师协商协商解决,但是一般律师事务所是不会随便退费的。
法律依据：
《律师服务收费管理办法》第十三条 实行风险代理收费，律师事务所应当与委托人签订风险代理收费合同，约定双方应承担的风险责任、收费方式、收费数额或比例。实行风险代理收费，最高收费金额不得高于收费合同约定标的额的30。
