释义	法律分析：如果是特级护理，医院是要承担责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国医疗事故处理条例》第二条本条例所称医疗事故，是指医疗机构及其医务人员在医疗活动中，违反医疗卫生管理法律、行政法规、部门规章和诊疗护理规范、常规，过失造成患者人身损害的事故。第四十六条发生医疗事故的赔偿等民事责任争议，医患双方可以协商解决；不愿意协商或者协商不成的，当事人可以向卫生行政部门提出调解申请，也可以直接向人民法院提起民事诉讼。
