法律分析:1、员工休息时间 公司要求去开会属于加班 加班是要给付加班费的,国家规定加班费标准如下: 在法定节假日期间,用人单位安排劳动者工作的,应支付不低于劳动者工资的300的工资报酬,并不得以调休、补休替代。
2、在休息日期间,安排劳动者工作又不能安排调休或补休的,应支付不低于劳动者工资的200的工资报酬。
