收购是强制的吗？

公司收购不是强制性的。企业通过一定的程序和手段取得某一企业的部分或全部所有权的投资行为。购买者一般可通过现金或股票完成收购,取得被收购企业的实际控制权。国际企业收购的结果是跨国性的参股、接管或兼并。从历史和现状来看,它一直是国际直接投资的主要形式之一。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公司法》 第十三条 公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
