释义	法律分析: 企业可以暂停营业，可以办理歇业。市场主体办理歇业备案后，自主决定开展或者已实际开展经营活动的，应当于30日内在国家企业信用信息公示系统上公示终止歇业。歇业不得超过三年。《中华人民共和国市场主体登记管理条例》第四十二条登记机关或者其上级机关认定撤销市场主体登记决定错误的，可以撤销该决定，恢复原登记状态，并通过国家企业信用信息公示系统公示。
