释义	法律分析：劳动者在试用期辞职是不需要任何理由的，劳动者试用期期间辞职的，只需要提前三天以书面的形式通知用人单位就可以解除劳动关系。如果适应不了工作，建议实话实说，譬如产生不必要的误会。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十一条在试用期中，除劳动者有本法第三十九条和第四十条第一项、第二项规定的情形外，用人单位不得解除劳动合同。用人单位在试用期解除劳动合同的，应当向劳动者说明理由。
