著作权权利穷竭原则是什么意思

法律分析:
著作权权利穷竭原则是指指知识产权所有人或许可使用人，将著作作品第一次合法置于流通市场以后，原知识产权权利人所有的一些或全部排他权因此而用尽原则。
法律依据:《《中华人民共和国著作权法》》第十二条
在作品上署名的自然人、法人或者非法人组织为作者，且该作品上存在相应权利，但有相反证明的除外。
作者等著作权人可以向国家著作权主管部门认定的登记机构办理作品登记。
与著作权有关的权利参照适用前两款规定。
