法律分析:
球员工作合同的性质存在一定争议，有其固有的特殊性,其体育行业合同所独有的特征,其与普通的民事合同以及劳动合同是不一样的,有人将其定义成一种特殊类型的新合同。但无论如何，都要满足民法典的合同最基本的规定。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国体育法》
第四十一条 国家鼓励企业事业组织和社会团体自筹资金发展体育事业，鼓励组织和个人对体育事业的捐赠和赞助。
第四十二条 国家有关部门应当加强对体育资金的管理，任何组织和个人不得挪用、克扣体育资金。
