释义	法律分析：没有开庭和没有开庭宣判是不一样的,一般情况都是开庭审理,择日宣判,并没有当庭宣判。没有开庭是指实体问题没有经过审理,是当然(肯定)不合法的;没有开庭宣判则是程序问题,合不合法还得看具体情况,可能影响公正审判,或者重大程序错误才是不合法的,否则一般补正就可以了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十九条人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月;还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
