释义	法律分析：有。在国企只要签订正式的劳动合同的,在实习或培训期间是有工资的,国企有三个月的试用期,一年的的见习期(包括上个月的试用期)，试用期的工资不得低于约定工资的百分之80和单位所在地的最低工资标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
