释义	公安局星期六星期天不上班。公安机关(包括派出所)是全年二十四小时都有人员值班的,休息日与法定假期一样要上班。但是,值班的部门只包括治安科、刑侦科、办案队、巡防等,对于户政科等是执行正常上班制度,双休是不上班的。法律依据《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》第三条职工每日工作8小时、每周工作40小时。第七条国家机关、事业单位实行统一的工作时间，星期六和星期日为周休息日。
