释义	法律分析：母亲信用卡贷款女儿没有义务还。母亲信用卡贷款的，银行应该向欠款人催收欠款，而不能向欠款人的子女催收，子女是没有责任为父母偿还债务的。除非母亲死亡，女儿继承了母亲的遗产，那么女儿应当在遗产继承的份额范围之内替母亲偿还债务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
