中国双国籍制度2017新规
释义
法律分析：中国政府处理双重国籍的态度是：
1、坚持一人一国籍，不允许任何中国公民有双重国籍。
2、尊重本人意愿，不强制或违背本人意愿选择国籍。
3、如果中国公民在他国获得他国国籍，则视为自动放弃中国国籍。但有必要时可以恢复中国国籍。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国国籍法》第三条 中华人民共和国不承认中国公民具有双重国籍。
第八条 申请加入中国国籍获得批准的，即取得中国国籍；被批准加入中国国籍的，不得再保留外国国籍。
第九条 定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
