临时工怎样算工作年限

法律分析：国家机关、事业单位的临时工被正式录用后，其录用前最后一次在本单位以工资收入为生活来源的连续工作时间，可以计算工龄，参加县以上由组织人事部门组织的工作队队员，经批准转为国家工作人员后，其工龄可以从入队之日起计算。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第六十八条 非全日制用工的概念非全日制用工，是指以小时计酬为主，劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时，每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式。
