深圳最新入户政策2023年如下：
1、入户人的《居民户口簿》、《居民身份证》；
2、入户的《居民户口簿》；
3、入户人与户内成员亲属关系证明，非直系亲属迁入的，提供户主同意迁入及在此居住证明，农业人口迁入的，提供村委会同意接收证明；
4、新立户的，非农业人口提供本地房屋产权证明或公有住房租赁合同原件和复印件，单位自管房提供单位出具的《住房分配通知单》及复印件，无房产证明的提供购房发票或银行贷款购房合同及房管、物业部门出具的居住证明及以上证明的复印件。农业人口提供村委会同意立户证明；
5、本地大中专院校毕业分配的，本地生源提供《就业报到证》、接收单位的证明，未分配工作的，出具学校证明。
入户办理流程：
1、若入户人为新生儿，则流程是，提出申请、审查、予以登记。且一般需要在出生后一个月内办理；
2、若入户人为户籍转移人员的，则流程是，申请入户准迁、办理户籍迁出、申请入户登记等。入户需要的材料：
（1）本人身份证原件和复印件；
（2）本人户口本原件和复印件；
（3）如果是工作迁移，需要新公司开具工作证明或者新的劳动合同；如果是结婚迁移，需要携带结婚证以及房产证。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十条
公民迁出本户口管辖区，由本人或者户主在迁出前向户口登记机关申报迁出登记，领取迁移证件，注销户口。
公民由农村迁往城市，必须持有城市劳动部门的录用证明，学校的录取证明，或者城市户口登记机关的准予迁入的证明，向常住地户口登记机关申请办理迁出手续。
公民迁往边防地区，必须经过常住地县、市、市辖区公安机关批准。
